After embarking on a Healthy Diet on June 1 this year, I can relate to a lot of this food. However, I went overboard and ended up with a higher than normal potassium level. Moderation is indeed the Key for everything in life!
This is one dish I’ve seen many people eating but I am just not keen to try. I can’t explain why perhaps the name ‘oxtail’ just gives me the creeps knowing I’m eating a tail!!!
